This six month buying plan was created during my retail buying and simulation class. Groups of four selected a brand to put together a six month buying plan that would accurately represent a six month buying plan that the company would actually produce. We chose COS and in these slides you will find out more about the company, and how we planned our purchases based off revenue information we found on COS from 2014.
